The luxury real estate market seems to be on the rise, with many generously priced homes being bought all over America, and The Fitzgerald at Grove Park in Asheville, North Carolina is proof of that boom. The Fitzgerald has been seeing some pretty impressive sales this summer, selling six of their 24 luxury condominiums since May. They are hoping that their newfound momentum keeps going until they find buyers for the last four residences, ranging from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet and priced between $1 and $1.3 million.
