These days travel is all about experiences. Anyone can lay by a pool sipping rosé all day, so those looking to elevate their travel game will have to break the norms of what has historically been considered a luxury vacation.

While camping is not typically a luxurious experience, “glamping” has found a way to help people reconnect with nature and still provide the modern comforts upscale travel lovers want. Glamping has been growing in popularity with new glamping sites popping up all over the US, and they’re all trying to step up their game and create an unforgettable experience. This is the perfect summer to give glamping a try, imagine lavish tents nestled in picturesque landscapes, complete with cozy furnishings, gourmet dining, and personalized activities. Whether it's waking up to breathtaking views or indulging in the great outdoors, glamping provides a refreshing escape from the ordinary. Located in southern Utah, Ofland is a 20-acre outdoor hotel, just down the road from tons of great hiking around Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Travelers have a few different options here, choose: a Vintage Airstream, Deluxe Cabin, or Tiny Cabin.  Each Vintage Airstream has been transformed into unique guest suites with modern comforts, like AC and running water, skylights, and plenty of space to spread out. The Deluxe Cabins offer panoramic windows, and private bathrooms complete with an outdoor shower. The Tiny Cabins accommodate up to two people and feature floor to ceiling glass windows offering stunning views of the Escalante landscape. On site there is an outdoor lounge with fire pits, an oversized pool and hot tub, a spa like bathhouse for those staying in an Airstream or Tiny Cabin, and best of all there is a drive-in movie theater complete with restored classic cars. Food trucks offer dining options at the outdoor lounge each night, or you can purchase a gourmet meal kit at the lounge store and make your own dinner over a camp fire. The drive-in plays a movie every night and provides free popcorn at the concession stand. Make sure you don’t tire yourself out hiking during the day because it’s worth stay up to take in the night sky!
