The Moscow City Ballet has decided that they would reintroduce some of the classics to their show. They will now be incorporating the Nutcracker as well as Sleeping Beauty. Both of these shows will be available for a limited time only, so don’t miss the opportunity to live past performances.

Tchaikovsky’s music will be brought to life this week when Moscow City Ballet arrives at the Royal & Derngate to perform Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker.

These famous ballets are at the very heart of Russian culture and the Moscow City Ballet company and orchestra are famed for their spirited choreography and virtuoso performances.

The Sleeping Beauty ballet tells the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale of the handsome prince who arrives to save the beautiful princess from a wicked ‘sleeping’ curse.
