Posting on twitter, Miley Cyrus made a shocking move that sent shock-waves through fans and detractors alike with the release of a “bondage outfit” image on her twitter page. More of an expression of style than any sort of fashion statement, everyone seems to have a different take on the starlets rather unorthodox apparel choice.

Miley Cyrus had some interesting choices for Memorial Day fashion. On Monday gone was the red, white and blue with pure black leather being the choice of the day. Sharing that she loves playing dress up, Miley Cyrus tweeted her fans her latest look and described it as “bondage.”
