At one time or another almost every woman has tried one of Beyoncé’s diets. She started us off on the maple syrup, lemonade craze and went vegan for 22 days last year, undoubtedly prompting others to follow suite. But if you weren’t one of the Queen Bey fans to jump on the vegan train, now is the time to join in. Partnering with her trainer and exercise physiologist Marco Borges, the singer has launched 22 Days Nutrition, an on-demand, home-delivery meal service that’s entirely vegan. The name is derived from the belief that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit.

“We all know the importance and value of eating plant-based foods, but often times find ourselves trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness,” says co-founder Borges. “The Vegan Meal Delivery program makes it easier to reset your habits with healthy and delicious plant-based foods.” The plan is 100% plant based and all ingredients are gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, organic and non-GMO. The program focuses entirely on health and environmental concerns as the best reasons to go vegan.

Delivered in weekly increments, there are three programs available. The lunch or dinner option, the lunch and dinner option, or breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are fresh, not frozen, and naturally low in sugar, fat and salt, instead relying on spices, herbs, veggies, beans and grains for most of the flavor. The menu will change constantly so you’re never eating the same salad over and over. Main dishes include sesame cabbage lentils, curried Indian cauliflower and sweet potato, winter beans with zesty-parsley quinoa, ratatouille pasta with pesto, and almond berry breakfast loaf.

Plans can be done in different time increments ranging from five days to 22 and can be kept on auto-ship to reduce time and hassle. Those committed to the 22 days also have the option of purchasing the Vegan Challenge Kit, an all-in-one plan that includes snacks, shakes and recipe ideas. In the kit is a 22-day recipe book, two boxes of nutrition bars, a “tub” of plant protein powder for smoothies and juices, a shopping list for easy vegan meal planning and a protein powder recipe guide. "All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can," Beyoncé said.

22 Days Nutrition is available for order online and is priced from $78-$610.
