The luxury resort’s lobby level indoor and outdoor space has been transformed into a beautiful spring garden with floral-inspired cocktails by Ketel One and Ketel One Botanicals, floral installations by Poppy Lavender and dishes by Executive Chef Mitch Austin.
Guests can delight in the gorgeous floral surroundings as well as in the lavish new libations, which include:
The Beverly Rose – with Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose, watermelon, jalapeno and lemon
Basil Cali Bliss – with Ketel One Vodka, butterfly flower tea, blackberries, lemon and ginger beer
Orange Grove – with seedlip orange grove, orange, cinnamon and spiced ginger ale
and many other specially crafted cocktails.
The small bites menu includes tuna tartare bites, beet-cured ora king salmon, oysters, truffle fries and sliders and marinated olives.

The Pop-Up Cocktail Lounge is open from Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 1am and is located at the lobby level of the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
