With a combination of more work, a stronger economy and a rising demand for luxury housing, the Charlotte real estate market has been heating up lately, says Kam Pardasani. He has also pointed out that there has been an increase in market stability, which has raised Charlotte home buyers' confidence.
Kam Pardasani, a REALTOR with Keller Williams Luxury Homes International, says that Charlotte luxury homes are finding more buyers these days as both the weather and the housing market warm up.
Pardasani says there are several reasons why buyers are submitting more offers these days on Charlotte luxury real estate.
"I think one of the biggest reasons is that Charlotte's business climate is very healthy. We have Fortune 500 companies that have moved major offices here in recent years, such as MetLife, Chiquita, Rubbermaid and more," he says. Read More
