Eataly Launches First Ever Pasta Line

Eataly, the upscale food and market with everything Italian, has now launched their own pasta line.

Made with 100% heirloom Italian wheat and mountain spring water, the new pastas are bronze dye extruded for a perfect textured surface and slow-dried for flavor.

The new line includes linguine, penne rigate, bucatini, vesuvio, spaghetti, mezzi paccheri, antichi fusilli, paccheri, linguine, tortiglioni, rigatoni and super spaghettoni.

Eataly Los Angeles held a cooking class to debut the new pastas and guests were served cacio e pepe with rigatoni and pesto with cavatelli. Participants also made their own fresh pasta using heirloom flour and water.
