Near the central coast of California, Firestone Walker Brewing Company is brewing some new Mind Haze IPA's and a Hopnosis beer, along with their easy-drinking 805 Original ale and 805 Cerveza. These free-spirited beer are created to elevate your perceptions of a cold brew.
The new Mind Haze IPA is juicy in flavor, refreshing and loaded with tropical hops that will remind you of a faraway place with gentle waves, warm sand, and swaying palm trees.
Firestone Walker Brewery brewmaster Matt Brynidson said, "The Mind Haze canvas lends itself perfectly to different hops, fresh flavors and new ideas."
The tropical flavors can be enjoyed by the can and in a Mind Haze Tropical Hazy Mixed Pack. "This mixed pack gave us the opportunity to get creative and have fun reimagining the flavor possibilities. Each beer is built upon the main Mind Haze recipe, but they also come with their own tropical inspired twist," said Brynidson.
The Mind Haze Tiki Smash IPA is a mix of mango hops with a dash of freshly toasted coconut. Made with Mind Haze hops including Azacca that amplify the essence of pineapple, while Sabro hops deliver the complementary coconut qualities. 'We use an elaborate system to introduce fresh toasted coconut for a smooth, subtle extraction, said Brynidson. 'The resulting beer showcases the special synergy of natural coconut with the tropical hop flavors of Mind Haze.' The Tiki Smash IPA has a ABV of 6.2%.
Mind Haze 'Hopical Crush' IPA delivers a dry-hopped explosion of tropical Mai Tai-inspired flavors including orange and pineapple has a ABV of 6.2%.
The last beer in the trifecta is the Mind Haze 'Citrus Cyclone' IPA full of citrus flavors under the sun. The base is blended back with a separate lot of dry-hopped Mind Haze, then finished with a dash of tangerine to enhance the fruity notes. Mandarina hop adds a distinctive orange character for a refreshing Mind Haze experience. This beer also has an ABV of 6.2%.
During your 4th of July barbecue share Hopnosis beer with family and friends. This innovative IPA brewed with coveted Cryo Hops pellets and an explosion of tropical fruit flavors. The brewmaster uses double dry hop with varieties from the U.S. and New Zealand, creating hints of mango, passionfruit, white grape and lychee flavors. This IPA has a ABV of 6.7%.
