Head to Hotel ZOSO for Summer Karaoke, Pool Parties and Luxe Accommodations

Hotel Zoso

Formally the Hard Rock Hotel, Hotel ZOSO is located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. This summer, the trendy resort is offering guests a wide range of fun activities.

Guests can let loose during Wednesday night Karaoke from 7 to 11pm at The Lounge in the hotel lobby and enjoy $5 drink specials including tequila, whiskey and wine.

Weekends are for lounging by the spacious pool. Flamingo Pool Parties start at noon and include Southern California’s best DJ’s, games, specialty drinks and free entrance for all registered hotel guests. Summer Sundays include The Swimming Hole Pool Party starting at 11am with music by DJ Tyler Caiden, games, Go-Go dancers and more. Guests can reserve a daybed or cabana to lounge in luxury.

Hotel Zoso

The resorts 163 guestrooms are modern and spacious with purple, gold and brown accents. Larger 719 square feet suites include two bathrooms, a spacious living room with leather couch and coffee table, writing desk, a mini fridge, furnished outdoor balcony, huge bathroom featuring Bvlgari White Tea bathroom amenities, an iHome music system, furnished outdoor patio with view of the pool and mountains and multiple USB charge ports close to the bed.  For high rollers there is a 1,059 square foot Palm suite with a walk-in shower and jetted bathtub.

The huge lobby houses the The Lounge at ZOSO featuring small bites and innovative cocktails. There is also live music and local DJ’s in the evening.

Across from The Lounge is The Kitchen with large comfy white round booths, tables, and wood floors. Open for breakfast and lunch, the spacious eatery features classic Southern California dishes including a Tahquitz Burrito with chorizo, eggs, roasted green chile and cotija cheese; Coachella Sunrise with bacon, fried egg and cheese on a brioche bun; bison wings; brisket, pepperoni, cactus, chicken queso and prickly pear sauced smoked pork butt flatbreads; BBQ pork, brisket and club sandwiches and a variety of healthy salads.

The hotel is perfectly located and is a short walk away from the Spa Resort Casino, Palm Springs Art Museum, restaurants and shops.

We loved the huge room, extra comfy bed, modernist furnishing and pretty view of the mountains. The only drawback is nights can get loud as rooms are shaped around the pool and late night partiers can be heard throughout the night.
