Renowned pastry chef Zac Young has expanded his dessert repertoire to brighten every holiday table and celebration. The next holiday coming up is Passover and Easter.
This time the "Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America" created a PassCaken. It's kosher for Passover (*but not made in a kosher kitchen), yet can also be served for Easter.
This epic dessert offers a layer of matzo-crusted coconut macaroon pie topped with flourless chocolate cake and a colorful pink raspberry mousse garnished with gilded chocolate and sea salt matzo crumble.
