Pisces Brings Mediterranean Seafood to the Strip

Pisces Bar and Seafood has taken over the former Lakeside location at Wynn Las Vegas and brings luxury and refined dining with a focus on fresh seafood. The entrance features an embroidered-velvet rotunda with ebony wood accents that transitions into a bi-level dining room decorated in deep blues, bronze and rich copper tones.

Diners are welcomed to an expansive seafood display and Murano glass chandelier upon entry, with Carrara marble and a beautiful view over Wynn’s famous Lake of Dreams and the sporadic water and light show.

Chef Martin Heierling leads the menu, which is full of Mediterranean-coast seafood including a Siren’s Offering $1,000 seafood platter that can feed up to eight people and includes 100 grams of Kaluga caviar.  Other standout starters include caviar and Jamon Iberico croquetas, jumbo Oishii shrimp, spicy tuna tartare, Wagyu beef carpaccio, crab cigars, lemon artichoke and a Pisces Caesar salad.

Pasta is also delicious and includes a black truffle tagliatelle, spicy lobster spaghettini, paella for two, prawns and crab in vodka sauce and a Wagyu beef cheek agnolotti.

Pisces offers a wide variety of fresh seafood to choose from that is flown in daily including a salt baked loup de mer, grilled whole lobster, sea bream and roasted Dover sole.

Entrees include olive oil poached sea bass, bluefin tuna wellington, fisherman’s stew, and an assortment of beef entrees including Waygu.

Sides include grilled asparagus, baked beans with sun dried tomatoes, crispy brussels sprouts, truffle potatoes, crab orzo and Greek fries.

Desserts also impress including their famous “chocolate fish” with a hardened shell revealing a Basque cheesecake underneath.
