The Rooftop at Waldorf Astoria Launches New Winter Menu and Cocktails

At the top of the beautiful Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is the al fresco Rooftop restaurant. The eatery offers 360-degree views of Beverly Hills, Hollywood and beyond and has launched a new winter menu including festive new cocktails.

Diners can opt to sit near the bar or choose a table with spectacular views including heaters and blankets for chilly evenings. The atmosphere is lively and seating is comfortable is a green color scheme and cozy sofa seating and big wide chairs.

New dishes focus on seasonal ingredients for cooler months. The new menu includes a variety of seafood focused appetizers including Hamachi, sashimi, an Ahi tuna poke bowl, tuna crispy rice, grilled octopus, shrimp tacos, a lobster roll, oysters and tuna tartare. They also offer a luxurious caviar service with French Fries and other accoutrements.

Salads include Casar, Greek, Cobb and Asian varieties as well as a shrimp and green papaya salad.

Mains include shrimp Pad Thai, chicken ramen, red Thai coconut curry, chicken schnitzel, black pepper beef stir fry, king salmon and New York steak. Chef’s specialties include a mezze platter, whole branzino and tomahawk steak.

Cocktails include a ginger bramble, espresso martini, the golden billanaire and other new libations.
