The Rooftop by JG Launches New Spring/Summer Menu

At the top of the beautiful Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Hotel is the al fresco Rooftop by JG restaurant. The venue offers 360-degree views of Beverly Hills and beyond and has launched a new spring/summer menu.

Diners can choose to sit near the bar or opt for a table with a view including heaters and blankets for chilly evenings.

Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten focused on seasonal ingredients for his new spring and summer dishes. The new menu includes spicy butternut squash soup, sweet pea guacamole, fresh burrata, strawberry and blue cheese salad, fresh fettuccine with artichoke, sashimi with spicy ponzu, kale and roasted squash salad, truffle cheeseburger and a lobster burger. Desserts include a rhubarb tart and strawberry sundae.

There are also decadent cocktails, including the Unexpected Guest with brut, Ancho Reyes Rojo, satsuma and Meyer lemon and The Rooftop Ginger Margarita with tequila, agave, ginger and lime.
