Lacoste L!VE Exudes Youth and Artistic Expression

Lacoste L!VE is the youthful collection from luxury brand Lacoste that combines original style and street art for the company?s younger audience. Founded in 2011, this fresh sect of Lacoste describes its look as ?old school style hits the streets,? fusing colors and using slimmer and younger fits to make an unconventionally chic style.

For the line?s latest Fall/Winter campaign, the brand went to Montreal, a melting pot for art-driven minds and young professionals. There, they found creative artist Julien Vallée, who morphs objects and materials to make new pieces of art while giving them different meanings and telling new stories. They also found Montreal-based band the Cosmetics, whose music reflects the environment during Canadian winters? frozen, but full of human emotions. Both artists are profiled in the campaign video, and are outfitted in the brand?s clothes to represent Lacoste L!VE.

The collection includes 73 items for men and women, with everything from collared short and long-sleeved shirts, graphic tees, skirts, sweaters, scarves, and more. Many pieces feature loud prints that seem to have been inspired by Vallée?s own creations. The collection is also affluent with stripes and plaid, but plenty of solids make up the base of the line for the mixing and matching look that the brand is after.
