The Sebastian-Vail has a history of unique offerings, from the on-site art collection to ice-themed Frost Bar. Continuing with the luxury offerings with a fun flair, Sunday Funday Brunch is being offered at Leonora, the hotel’s signature restaurant.

Offering a bottomless Bloody Mary and Prosecco Bar, “All Day Rose” service, a charcuterie and cheese bar, and tapas style brunch, The Sebastian-Vail is an ideal location for not only a luxury stay, but a rewarding banquet. House-infused pepper vodka, 20 different hot sauces and house-pickled veggies populate the Bloody Bar while seasonal “Sebastian Spritz” cocktails and fruit purees appeal to sweet taste buds on the Prosecco Bar.

Latin-inspired tapas are made to order, with menu items such as Huevos Sebastiano with Cuban-style black beans will make your mouth water. Quinoa Pancakes, Duck Carnitas, and Colorado Peach and Ham Salad also appear on the menu alongside classic Sunday brunch selections.

Reservations are highly suggested for this mountain getaway, and a perfect way to spend a weekend in the Vail Valley.
