While exclusivity has always been sought-after by affluent homebuyers, it’s become a necessity in the post-pandemic world. Demand for privacy and safety shows no signs of slowing down, leading a handful of developments to roll out swanky dining options just for residents. These ultra-luxe condominiums boast exclusive on-site restaurants from some of the richest zip codes in the country, with reservations requiring a million-dollar condo home.

Just three miles from Miami is the famous Fisher Island, an exclusive private island paradise with world-class resort amenities. Made up of 216 acres and approximately 800 residences, the island is accessible only by ferryboat or private yacht. It boasts a membership-only Beach Club with one of the country’s only truly private beaches, a luxury suite hotel, golf and tennis courts, two deep-water marinas, the Vanderbilt Theater and much more.

At Palazzo Della Luna (PDL), a sprawling 10 story, 50 residence building on the island, is La Piazza, a residents-only restaurant located on the lush pool terrace. Here, residents can dine al-fresco while overlooking the property’s sunset pool. Keeping up with upscale dining experiences found on Miami Beach and beyond, La Piazza serves fresh, seasonal fare with a rotating weekly menu including house favorites such as Whole Roasted Branzino, Seared Lamb Chops, Braised Octopus and more. It’s conveniently located just an elevator ride away and can even be delivered to residents’ doorstep for added convenience.

A signature project from master architect Robert A.M. Stern, 220 Central Park South is a luxury residential condominium facing Central Park. The development combines an 18-story building called ‘the Villa’ and the 950-foot ‘Tower’ rising behind it. At 66 stories, the building offers grand views of Central Park and feature Alabama limestone punctuated with Juliet balconies and ornamental metalwork. Among many of its first-class amenities, it also offers private dining for residents with a Jean-Georges restaurant on the building’s second floor.
