Martha Stewart’s First Restaurant Opens in Las Vegas

Paris Las Vegas

Martha Stewart has opened her first restaurant, The Bedford,by Martha Stewart, at Paris Las Vegas. Reservations may be booked online at the immersive restaurant, which offers a unique and intimate setting coupled with a menu reflective of her culinary inspirations.

“The opening of The Bedford by Martha Stewart further establishes Paris Las Vegas as a must-visit culinary destination,” said Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas. “Martha Stewart and Marquee Brands are leaders in hospitality that inspire and draw fans from around the world, and we are honored to collaborate with such incredible partners.”

Developed by Martha and her team of experts, The Bedford’s French inspired menu features dishes with locally sourced fresh ingredients. The menu incorporates some of Stewart’s favorite recipes while transporting guests to an authentic dining experience at her famed country farmhouse.

Dishes include a Classic Niçoise Salad, made with olive oil-packed tuna, haricot verts, vermouth-dressed potatoes, hard-cooked egg and topped with an anchovy vinaigrette; Oysters Rockefeller, baked with Pernod cream, spinach and watercress, and finished with a crunchy parsley breadcrumb topping; Whole Roast Herb Chicken, carved tableside and  Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, smashed tableside and served with crème fraiche, chives and bacon lardons or Golden Osteria caviar. Desserts include Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie, which consists of a crisp meringue crust, tart lemon filling and a whipped cream topping.

“I am so thrilled to open the doors to The Bedford at Paris Las Vegas, my first-ever restaurant,” said Martha Stewart. “We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with. These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home.”

The Bedford also offers a bevy of signature cocktails, including the Martha-tini, made with Zubrówka bison grass vodka, dry vermouth and a lemon twist, and the Frozen Pomegranate Martha-ritacreated with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and a salt and sugar rim. Additionally, the restaurant features Martha’s Chard, her California chardonnay from 19 Crimes.

Designed by Martha herself, the 194-seat dining destination offers guests an authentic glimpse of how Martha lives and entertains in her own home. The Bedford by Martha Stewart draws inspiration from her 1925 country farmhouse, including an accurate replica of her own brown faux-bois dining room. Additional elements inside The Bedford include a kitchen space with white marble counters, stainless steel appliances and gray wood cabinets. Hanging copper pans in a variety of sizes from the MARTHA by Martha Stewart collection also adorn the kitchen area.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas is open for dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m. daily and is near Nobu at Paris Las Vegas and across from Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay. To make a reservation or for more information, guests may visit caesars.com/paris-las-vegas/restaurants/the-bedford.
