Every year before summer in Greater Palm Springs, foodies flock to experience culinary excitement in all of the best regions of the desert.
The 2025 Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week kicks off on May 30 and lasts for 10 days. Locals and visitors will be able to experience some outstanding dining experiences across the Coachella Valley. Diners can enjoy specially curated prix-fixe lunch menus starting at $15, $25, or $35 Dinner menus begin at $29, $39, $49, or $59.
Some select restaurants will be offering distinctive Restaurant Week specials. “Restaurant Week is truly a showcase of our region’s remarkable hospitality and ever-evolving dining landscape,” said Colleen Pace, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Visit Greater Palm Springs. “Year after year, our community comes together to celebrate local flavors, connect over shared meals, and support our talented culinary and hospitality professionals. We invite everyone to discover new favorites, revisit cherished classics, and experience the incredible spirit of Greater Palm Springs through Restaurant Week.”

Here are some of my favorite restaurants participating this year:
Richard Blais' Culinary Showcase at Kestrel Kitchen
Visit the Indian Wells Golf Resort to be one of the first to dine at celebrity chef and television personality Richard Blais newest endeavor Kestrel Kitchen. During Restaurant Week he is preparing a multi-course dinner for $59 per person.
Choice one of the starters, such as Hearts of Palm Caesar salad with romaine and kale lettuce, anchovies, a sprinkling of sourdough croutons and tossed with a buttermilk Caesar dressing. He also makes a watermelon and tomato poke with edamame seaweed salad, toasted hazelnuts and togarashi.
Entree items include a pan roasted Chilean Sea Bass dazzling in a ginger-spiced sauce and served with coconut rice. He also offers a 10 ounce steak enhanced with chimichurri butter and served with skinny fries.
A supplemental dish option is Moroccan Vegetable Tagine made with chickpeas, zucchini, eggplant, shell peas, carrots, green olives, apricot harissa chutney and cashews. One can add chicken for additional protein.
Finish with a carrot and date cake topped with pumpkin spiced cream cheese.

State Fair Bar + Kitchen
This view dining favorite inside The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage offers appealing menu items and breathtaking views of the Palm Springs Valley. Award winning French Chef Bruno Lopez oversees all of the culinary venues at the luxury resort. Chef Steven Roscoe curated a two-course Restaurant Week lunch that includes a choice of a starter and main entree.
Start with their crisp and creamy avocado fries with Mama's Lil' pepper aioli and a Morita honey dip. Other starters include a cilantro jalapeno hummus served with grilled and crispy pita bread.

Entree selections for Restaurant Week include sashimi grade ahi tuna with jicama, carrot, scallion, bean spouts and a creamy avocado puree. Other lunch items include a savory State Farm Prime Burger with Hopscotch Cheddar Cheese, onion bacon jam, garlic aioli, arugula and a pretzel bun.
Chef Steven's delicious pastrami Reuben on rye bread has melted baby Swiss, sauerkraut and his famous house sauce. This special Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week multi-course lunch is $42 per person.

Come back for a decadent three-course dinner at State Farm Bar + Kitchen. Diners have a choice of one starter that includes crispy shrimp to dip in a citrus cocktail sauce, the signature ahi sashimi or a tomato caprese salad enhanced with Buffalo Mozzarella, basil caviar, dried Balsamic vinegar, beautiful bright heirloom tomato and a TomaRashi crisp.
Main course menu items include Pacific Halibut with corn, Heirloom tomato, and a pleasing vanilla beurre blanc. The scallops are served with fried rice, corn, bell pepper, cherry tomato, pineapple, chili crema, and a gooseberry pico.
There is also a Green Heritage Farm achiote roast chicken served with Jasmine rice, candied carrots, pickled onions, tomato and a chili aioli.
The third course is a Triple Banana Sundae with bruleed bananas on a fudge brownie served with banana ice cream and a drizzle of salted chocolate banana caramel. Local favorite Brandini Almond Toffee finishes this toothsome dessert meant to be shared with loved ones.

Tia Carmen at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
Another celebrity chef Angelo Sosa of Top Chef and published cookbooks, prepares culinary precision for captivating dishes at Tia Carmen. Known as a locals favorite for breakfast and brunch, Chef Angelo is preparing a $59 multi-course dinner that will wow your senses. Drawing inspiration from his aunt, his dishes tell a story about the beauty of the Southwest’s land and farmers through an upscale dining experience.

Dinner at Alice B.
James Beard and Julia Child award winning chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken's restaurant Alice B is tucked in the lobby of Living Out, a luxury resort-style LGBTQ+ community.
Surrounded by spectacular desert and mountain views, these two talented chefs have appeared in nearly 400 episodes of The Food Network favorite shows 'Too Hot Tamales' and 'Tamales World Tour' series.
During Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week, they will be preparing a multi-course dinner for $59 per person at Alice B.

Grapefruit Basil at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa
Locals and guests can enjoy a multi-course lunch at Grapefruit Basil for $35 per person. Located inside Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa, guests can dine inside the light and bright dining room, or outside under ancient olive trees and basket lights.
