We love a good penthouse apartment and Heron International has launched two that we can't stop staring at. Found in London's 36-story Heron, which is the first major residential development in the city in the past 30 years, the penthouses are spread out across the 35th and 36th floors and are offered for £12 and £18 million (around $20 and $30 million).
One luxury penthouse offers 6,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four baths, while the other penthouse is 4,000 square feet with three bedrooms and baths. Both give amazing "triple-aspect views" of London thanks to double-height spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows.

"The penthouses have been highly specified throughout to include polished Sahara Noir marble floors, Boffi kitchens with Bianco quartz stone and Gaggeneau appliances and dark smoky quartz and black granite in the master bathrooms," says The Heron.
Perhaps the coolest feature is their "indoor outdoor" room, which have a retractable roof. London isn't always rainy and when the sun comes out, you can open the roof to bring in some direct sunshine.

The building (which holds 285 apartments) offers residents valet parking, concierge services, a private club with gym, lounge areas, a bar and screening room, meeting facilities, and a manicured rooftop garden. The lower floors are used by the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, providing a 608-seat concert hall, drama and studio theater, meaning that you don't even have to leave your building for top-notch shows.
