Armani in America: The New 60-Story Oceanfront Residences by Armani/Casa Announced

The Armani Group announced their first foray into the U.S. residential real estate market today, revealing that they will be exclusively partnering with New York/Miami-based Dezer Development and The Related Group. The Residences by Armani/Casa will be a César Pelli-designed, 60-story luxury oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The project compliments Armani/Casa’s existing line of residential properties in the most exotic destinations around the world, including Macka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey; The World Towers in Mumbai, India; and Century Spire, in Manila, Philippines.

César Pelli is a world-renowned Argentinean-born architect, and the creator of the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. His Armani tower design includes 260 luxury residences that reflect Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility, all while defining his sense of comfort, functionality and elegance.

Giorgio Armani, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Armani Group, said recently, “Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces. On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special—a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”
