Miami Beach is getting a new luxury residential building called Louver House, which will be found just steps from the beach in the exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood. Having made the announcement last month, real estate firm Mast Capital brought on award-winning architect Rene Gonzalez to design the boutique-style building and to “[translate] the elements of the surrounding historic neighborhood into a contemporary design language.” Judging by these catalogue-worthy renderings, the choice was perfect.
The three-story building features only 12 units and seven are still available to purchase. Accessed by private elevators, the apartments have large terraces, Ornare kitchen cabinets and quartz counters, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, open floor plans with 10-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The penthouse homes come with their own private rooftop terraces and spa areas.
“Like all of my work, Louver House is designed to both reflect and respond to its environment. The building embraces the tropical qualities of the South of Fifth neighborhood and reinterprets them for contemporary living,” explains Gonzalez.
Residents will also be able to enjoy the Louver’s fitness center, outdoor yoga studio, rooftop garden infinity-edge pool deck and dining areas. Units are sized between 2,088 and 2,432 square feet, and prices range from $1.9 to $3.6 million. For more information on which condos are still available, contact Louver House.
