Related California Opens Fifteen Fifty: A New, Elite Residential Address In San Francisco

Related California announces the opening of Fifteen Fifty, a new residential building in San Francisco.

Rising 400-feet into the San Francisco skyline, Fifteen Fifty is located at 1550 Mission Street and offers 550 residences ranging in size from studios, to one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as the Penthouse Collection. The exterior design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), combines artistically curated interiors, with interiors and landscaping by Marmol Radziner.

The landscaped 12,000-square-foot private park on the 2nd floor is complete with a water feature, barbeque areas, and outdoor seating. On the 5th floor is a 5,600-square-foot open-air dog park. On the 11th floor, residents may enjoy a rooftop pool deck with hot tub, barbecue grills, and a pool lounge.  In addition, there is an expansive library, and a sports lounge complete with a Steel Parsons Pool Table custom-made by District Mills in Los Angeles.

The 1550 private Penthouse Club has a warm color palette with marble elements and a mix of vintage and new furniture, leading to a terrace with panoramic views of San Francisco from 40 stories high. Among Fifteen Fifty’s design-forward amenities is a 24/7-attended double-height lobby featuring Verde Acquarello stone floors, wood-paneled walls, an Icelandic white marble faceted reception desk, and a three-dimensional commissioned wall installation by artist Julian Hoeber.

Additionally, residents have private access to the Equinox Van Mission Fitness Club and Bar Agricole, the James Beard award-winning contemporary tavern. There is a contemporary art collection curated by Jessica Silverman of Jessica Silverman Gallery; 24/7 valet parking including electric vehicle stalls; and for weekly in-home tasks, there is Life Simplified by Related, and Hello Alfred services.

As regards the interior design of the residences, Fifteen Fifty’s residences have been designed by Marmol Radziner, with open kitchens accented by custom grey oak cabinetry, polished white Caesarstone countertops with Italian Calacatta Caldia marble backsplashes, and Bosch stainless steel smart appliances with Home Connect technology and integrated paneling. Bathrooms include custom grey oak vanities adorned with matte black hardware and Winter Cloud marble countertops, custom medicine cabinets with integral lighting, and glass-enclosed showers and tub surrounds, all anchored by dark-grey porcelain tile flooring. Modern features include six-inch-wide-plank flooring throughout, Bosch stacked washers and dryers, customizable Elfa closet shelving systems, Nest thermostats, Salto keyless entry, and Lutron Caseta dimmable switches

In addition,  Jessica Silverman of San Francisco-based Jessica Silverman Gallery curated a thought-provoking art collection for Fifteen Fifty, featuring 32 diverse works by 22 artists, many of whom reside in California. The collection, crafted to reflect the spirit and creativity of San Francisco as well as to foster a dialogue between art and architecture, starts from streetscape with public works by Catherine Wagner and Shannon Finley, and continues throughout the building’s 40 stories of amenity and residential spaces. This art collection is a first-of-its-kind for high-end residential buildings. 

Available apartments at Fifteen Fifty are priced starting from $2,950 for studios and Jr one-bedrooms, $3,900 for one-bedrooms, $5,500 for two-bedrooms, and $8,300 for three-bedrooms.
