A big man needs a big home. This is exactly what Shaquille O’Neal must have been thinking when he bought his palatial Windermere, Florida mansion in 1993 after joining Orlando Magic. Now, almost 20 years later, it’s up for sale, and you can own O’Neal’s mansion for a cool (and pretty reasonable) $16.5 million. Located in Isleworth Golf & Country Club, the new homeowners will have access to club amenities that include an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, a pool, and watersports.

The 31,000-square-foot home includes almost four acres of land, including 700 feet of water frontage on Lake Butler with a private pier, two covered boat slips, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana. The house includes 12 bedrooms, 11 full baths, and a huge 95-foot-long, 15-foot-deep swimming pool with a waterfall. It’s also filled with Shaq-sized amenities like a cigar bar with a walk-in humidor, a theater, an aquarium, and a full-size, 6,000-square-foot, indoor basketball court. (Of course.) And if you love cars, there’s also a showroom garage with room for at least 17 of your most-prized automobiles.

Inside, the home has three fireplaces, a large kitchen with a beamed ceiling, an island, a breakfast bar, and top-end appliances. Along the waterfront, walls of windows open to take in the lake views. Plus, the house property has also been outfitted with Crestron smart-home technology to make everything easy and automatized. And privacy? The entire home has been encircled by a 10-foot privacy wall.

If this sounds like your dream home, act fast. O’Neal has just slashed $3 million off his asking price from $19.5 million to $16.5 million. A total steal compared to his previous asking price of $28 million in 2018; he later cut the asking price to $22 million before pulling the listing. Now that it’s on the market again it won’t last long. And with a full-sized, Shaq-approved basketball court, you could challenge your friends to some serious one-on-one. Tiffany Pantozzi, Jared Ringel and Chris Franciosa of Compass’ The Atlas Team hold the listing.
