Dubai Marina Luxury Living: London Gate and Franck Muller Team Up To Build The World’s Tallest Residential Clock Tower

Announced earlier this year and already under construction, the Franck Muller/London Gate Aeternitas Tower will offer luxury residences ranging from 1–3 bedroom apartments to multi-level Villas & Mansions with private decks, pools and as many as 4-5 bedrooms.

Based in Dubai, London Gate has an established track record of success launching luxury residences with previous developments that include the four Maya residences as well as the Nadine I and II properties, all in Dubai.

Franck Muller is a luxury Swiss watch brand based in Geneva, Switzerland that makes exquisitely crafted high-end wristwatches, including the world’s most complicated wristwatch, the Aeternitas.

This collaboration to develop the Aeternitas Tower marks Franck Muller’s first foray into the world of real estate, and what a way to start. The much-anticipated development rises 450 meters (just under 1,476 feet) above the Dubai Marina and is set to make its mark as the tallest branded residential tower - as well as the tallest residential clock tower in the world with a fully functional Franck Muller Long Island style dial sitting atop the 106-floor building. Not only will the Aeternitas redefine the Dubai skyline, but also aims to set the standard for luxury living with spectacular views as well as amazing amenities and services.

Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, said: “After our debut in the UAE real estate market, with our sold-out projects Maya V and Nadine I&II, we are now thrilled to unveil our masterpiece in collaboration with iconic watchmaker Franck Muller. With our latest project, where architectural opulence meets timeless luxury – we bring to life Franck Muller’s first-ever branded residences. With this partnership, we aim to reinstate the standards of sophistication and elegance, creating a living experience that reflects the brand values and vision of both London Gate and Franck Muller.”

Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller MEA, stated: "We are delighted to expand in the Middle East with this unprecedented partnership with London Gate. We have been strategically exploring the branded residential market in the UAE to bring the heritage of brand excellence to the realm of real estate. We are glad to find the right partner with a reputable realtor like London Gate who shares our brand vision and believes in the values of Franck Muller. It is incredible to launch our first-ever real estate collaboration in a world-class city like Dubai, known to be one of the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for our brand. We are excited to introduce a record-breaking legacy for Franck Muller – which is slated to be the first of many iconic ventures that will unfold globally." This unprecedented 106 floor residence will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes called Sky Mansions and Sky Villas.

The project is more than just a residential building; it is a masterpiece that seamlessly blends architectural opulence with amenities that include a Zen garden, private cinema, cigar lounge, library, spa, yoga room, and 24/7 concierge services.

The luxurious residential project was officially unveiled in January 2024 and residents can expect to move in by 2026. If you’re looking for that special home away from home in Dubai, prices for two-bedroom apartments start at $764,000 while a four bedroom Villa is currently listed at right around $4.2 million USD.
