The M/Y Arianna superyacht is for sale and is priced at $45.9M. The announcement comes from SG Acquisitions and Merle Wood & Associates, serving as the exclusive marketing representative of the "world’s largest, full-displacement, all-composite" 50-meter luxury vessel — they also recently appointed yacht brokerage Merle Wood & Associates to assist with selling the superyacht.

"Partnering with a company that has such an established client base and such a profound knowledge of the superyacht market made good business sense for us," says Dovi Frances, co-founder and managing partner of SG, LLC. "However, it was even more important for us to find a company that also excels in providing a boutique customer service while allowing us to focus on effectively positioning M/Y Arianna’s brand. Through this new joint venture with Merle Wood & Associates, we have found our match."
