Among its seven categories, the four suite tiers range between 680 square feet to 2,800 square feet. Each of the 19 St. Regis Suites (1,000 square feet) come with a living room and the option to add on a second bedroom. Crown moldings, Macassar ebony furnishings, plush seating, writing desk, original artwork and a dining table all create that warm, homey feel. The grand bathroom with double vanity includes a deep soaking garden tub, which pairs nicely with a chilled bottle of Champagne.
Just outside, the 40,000-square-foot Pool Piazza is a haven for sun-seekers with candy cane-striped cushioned lounge chairs under cherry red umbrellas next to the 1,500-square-foot pool. While lounging, enjoy a cocktail or cuddle up next to the stone fireplace on cool nights with a glass of wine. Nearby, guests can also play a round of table tennis or participate in bocce ball on the hotel’s Grand Terrace.

The dinner-only establishment celebrates seasonal American fare with a European touch. Expect dishes such as 35-Day, Dry-Aged Eyed Rib Eye; Lemon Sole Picatta; and Blue Ridge Trout with miso-glazed oyster and shiitake mushrooms, chanterelle duxelle, mushroom essence, velvet piopinni, broccoli tips and new potatoes.
