NoMad Las Vegas, Newest Hotel On the Las Vegas Strip

Created by Sydell Group in partnership with Make It Nice, NoMad Las Vegas opened in October 2018 adjacent to Park MGM. Located on the top four floors within the newly opened Park MGM, the 293 rooms and suites mirror the décor seen throughout the property, a place of rendezvous and romance.

The hotel features the first-ever NoMad Casino, poised under the buildings historic Tiffany glass ceiling of the former Monte Carlo. The intimately refined space offers a high-limit gaming floor taking inspiration from the old-world glamour of European casinos. From high-limit Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, gamblers also can try their luck at exclusive NoMad branded slot machines.

Dining is currently offered at the NoMad Restaurant, inclusive of three private dining areas, The NoMad Bar and the soon to be opened The Poolside Café. Inspired by the iconic Library of NoMad New York, The Restaurant features soaring 23-foot ceilings that showcase a collection of approximately 25,000 books. Celebrating American classics, communal courses are served alongside a selection of salads, pasta, and entrees, complemented by large-format dishes. With vintage rugs found throughout the three private dining areas, The Cellar is adorned with wine bottles; The Salon is a larger room alongside emerald green tufted walls and recessed seating and a private bar and The Parlour room honors four female gamblers in the form of sculptural busts.

The NoMad Bar reflects the sophistication and allure of old theaters in Paris, serving casual bites and inventive cocktails. The Bar at NoMad Las Vegas is managed by Bar Director Leo Robitschek, recipient of the 2014 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program and the “America’s Best Bar Team” honor at the 2017 Spirited Awards. With a menu that features handcrafted cocktails like the: The Nod to Nothing, Start Me Up and Boggs and Barley, Robitschek presents cocktails that are unique and lively. The Bar’s eclectic menu is perfectly paired with its setting that features deep Bordeaux velvet throughout and a Steinway piano for intimate live performances.

Recently launched, Jazz Brunch at the NoMad Bar features some of the menu’s most popular dishes alongside live music. Served 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays, Chef Daniel Humm and Bar Director Leo Robitscheck, invite all to enjoy dishes like the Avocado Toast, Mushroom Omelet, Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes, NoMad French Dip, Crudités, and Tuna Cobb Salad which are perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktail offerings, with traditional brunch Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas among them. During their sweet or savory brunch diners will be entertained by The Hot Club of Las Vegas’ trademark Gypsy Jazz, which combines swing, flamenco, and musette.

Opening in April, the NoMad Pool glistens on the third-floor roof deck, drawing inspiration from the iconic Majorelle Garden in Morocco. The tranquil escape features blue accents, plush seating, daybeds and cabanas, where guests can soon order from The Poolside Café. With a robust selection of wines, cocktails and refined riffs on the fun poolside menu, the pool will be open Monday-Thursday from 11am-6pm while JEMAA - The NoMad Pool Party – will take place Friday-Sunday from 11am-6pm. JEMAA will bring a seductive daytime experience with DJs and artists, a cocktail fountain which can be delivered to guest’s cabanas, and a tropical house vibe on Sundays.
