LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, The Only Five-Star Luxury Hotel In Seattle

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is the second U.S.-based property from LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS, the largest hotel group in Korea. Designed by world-class industrial French designer, Philippe Starck, its design blends the present and the past with a sense of modern flair. Along with its 189 artistic and modern guest rooms including 31 suites, The Restaurant and Lounge and Le SPA de l’hôtel LOTTE, the hotel also houses The Sanctuary, America’s first United Methodist Church, as well as 15 uniquely designed event spaces and 10 conference rooms.

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE’s 33 standout suites range from 446 to over 2,000 square feet, all with a similar design aesthetic taking advantage of a multitude of mirrors, unique artwork and floor-to-ceiling windows. Their most luxurious accommodation is the Presidential Suite located on the 15th floor, which offers natural sunlight and views of Seattle’s spectacular ports and vibrant cityscape. Designed for the modern luxury traveler, the suite features a master bedroom with one king bed, a luxurious and comfortable living room complete with a baby grand piano, a separate dining area for meals for up to eight, bar lounge, kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and a large bathtub.

Weary travelers can find a calm and peaceful respite at Le SPA de l’hôtel LOTTE with its stark white design from floor to ceiling accentuated with an all-white drapery. Encompassing the whole third floor, the spa includes four single treatment rooms, one couple’s treatment room, a relaxing waiting room and men’s and women’s locker rooms with sauna and steam room. The Spa offers a variety of upscale treatments and services featuring world-renowned spa brands, Biologique Recherche and Medical Beauty Research, including the Liquid Surgery Red Carpet Treatment, The Great Escape and Spring Revival Package.

On its highest floor of the hotel with a spectacular panoramic view of Elliott Bay and downtown Seattle, The Restaurant and Lounge presents Pacific Northwest fare with fresh ingredients carefully selected that day. Just off reception and its beautiful 18 ft wood desk is the Lounge which invites guests to enjoy an innovative cocktail list by Senior Beverage Manager Amanda Reed paired with light bites in a warm environment. Sticking with the theme of its surroundings with wood and nature being a strong design element throughout the hotel, The Restaurant is designed in a neutral wood palette from floor to ceiling. Executive Chef Alexander La Motte and Executive Sous Chef Jeffrey Hunter, present a unique approach to Pacific Northwest cuisine, showcasing elevated dishes like the Alaskan Halibut, Troll-caught King Salmon, Hama Hama Oysters and Oregon Lamb Tartare.

Upon entrance to the hotel on street level - note it occupies floors one to 16 in the F5 building - The Sanctuary is the nation’s oldest Beaux-style architectural building founded in 1908 and is available for larger meetings and events. Recently renovated in 2017, the venue still preserves the traditional piece of the building such as pipe organ and beautiful stained-glass windows and ceilings with a view of Seattle skylines. With the ability to host upwards of 930 (reception) and 450 (rounds) guests, The Sanctuary features a spacious ballroom, lower ballroom, mezzanine level with a Halo Bar and a 650 ft. dome ceiling.

Cheers to You at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge - Those who book the Cheers to You offering at the hotel’s cocktail lounge and signature restaurant, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge will receive a personalized menu, tailored to match their preferences, with cocktail or champagne pairing hosted in one of their impressive private dining rooms overlooking Elliott Bay. Prices vary.

Spring ReVival at Le Spa - The Spring ReVival package includes a curated spa escape menu incorporating “Crème Fraiche & Honey.” This 110-minute exfoliating spa experience includes a massage, wrap, facial, plus valet parking for two hours. Prices start at $375 per guest.
