Colorado’s majestic mountains beckon adventurers and relaxation-seekers alike, a haven where exhilarating outdoor pursuits meet fine dining, unique shopping, and scenery that steals your breath. Within this captivating landscape, you’ll find Breckenridge, a vibrant mountain community brimming with charm and opportunity. One moment you’re stepping out the door, the next you’re immersed in the charm of one of Colorado’s most inviting main streets, or perhaps carving fresh tracks through glistening snow just moments from the hotel. The Alpenrock Hotel Breckenridge offers not just a stay, but an idyllic immersion into this remarkable mountain town.

Upon entering the lobby, guests are warmly greeted and in for a visual feast: from the rock-hewn check-in desk to contemporary fireplace, the finishes at Alpenrock are spectacular. The mountain motif continues through the lobby where several comfortable lounge areas and an off-lobby bar are great spaces to hang out after skiing or mountain biking, depending on the time of year. A self-serve café and morning coffee shop are also found in the lobby.

A Curio Collection by Hilton, Alpenrock Hotel celebrates the local history as well. From nods to the mining history to preserved aspen trunks, to the namesakes of the dining establishments Edwin Carter who was an environmental and wildlife champion in the 1800s, the feel is cohesive throughout the property. Design elements such as the topographical pattern in the carpets of the rooms, to a curated original art collection flow seamlessly from space to space. A short walk into town, or take the complimentary shuttle, the hotel is located near Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift is the nearest lift to whisk skiers and snowboarders up the slopes.  A Ski Valet is located on the 2ndfloor of the hotel, provided heated gear, waxing services, and rentals to guests.

The Edwin restaurant is located off the lobby as well, open for breakfast and dinner. From the Cimmaron Sourdough Cinnamon Roll with cream cheese frosting for breakfast, to the “Breck” Oven Pizzas at night, there’s something for everyone on the menus. After dinner, be sure to check out the Canary speakeasy, where a knowledgeable bartender will create your own specialty cocktail based on your personal tastes and preferences.

Rooms are comfortable and charming, with thoughtful elements such as icicle-inspired sconces and mountain-themed furniture. The views of Bald Mountain are stunning from either your room or the multiple decks found on property.  For rates and reservations, visit www.hotelalpenrock.com.
