L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is opening the doors of its iconic rooftop to the public, unveiling a transformative new destination that seamlessly blends luxury, design, and culinary artistry. Beginning May 19, the newly reimagined rooftop will welcome guests to The Arhaus Terrace and Poza, an open-air lounge serving California-inspired cuisine and cocktails.
Known for its residential-style elegance, L’Ermitage has been a hidden gem in the heart of Beverly Hills for decades. Now the hotel invites locals and visitors to experience its elevated new vision of rooftop hospitality featuring 360 degree panoramic views.

A Sanctuary in the Sky: The Arhaus Terrace
In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, L’Ermitage partnered with artisan furnishings brand Arhaus to bring The Arhaus Terrace to life. Showcasing selections from Arhaus’ new Outdoor 2025 Collection, the terrace is a serene escape that mirrors the sophisticated interiors of the hotel. The result is a rooftop retreat defined by craftsmanship, tranquility, and curated style.
From intimate get-togethers to chic soirées, The Arhaus Terrace offers a year-round space for celebration and relaxation framed by sweeping views of the city below.
“At Arhaus, we believe in creating beautiful spaces that foster connection, comfort, and a sense of place,” said John Reed, Co-Founder and CEO of Arhaus. “Our partnership with L’Ermitage Beverly Hills represents a shared pursuit of elevated living and meaningful design.”

Introducing Poza: A Fresh Take on California Dining
Adjacent to The Arhaus Terrace, Poza brings a new energy to L’Ermitage’s rooftop. Named after the Spanish word for “pool,” Poza delivers a fresh, modern spin on classic California fare. Overseen by Executive Chef Todd Matthews—formerly of The Pendry West Hollywood and Mondrian New York. the menu celebrates the best of seasonal Southern California ingredients.
Dishes include bluefin tuna poke, lobster rolls, a reimagined Caesar salad with Brussels sprouts and miso croutons, and fresh sushi rolls. The bar program complements the food with expertly crafted cocktails, spritzes, wines, and local brews.
Signature drinks include a Burton Sunset Spritz with St. Germain, blood orange, raspberry boba; The 1975, a tropical homage to the hotel's founding year and the Marilyn Spritz, a prosecco-based toast to Hollywood glamour.
“We’ve reimagined our rooftop as a place of understated elegance and connection—an experience that captures the sophistication of Beverly Hills,” said Frederic Zemmour, General Manager of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. “With the debut of Poza and The Arhaus Terrace, we’re inviting the local community to experience our rooftop for the first time.”
L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is located at 9291 Burton Way, with summer rates starting at $795. For more information or to reserve a table at Poza or The Arhaus Terrace, visit www.lermitagebeverlyhills.com.
