Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas offers a casual take on French dishes, blending classic brasserie food with Chef Flay’s signature bold flavors.
Designed by Olivia Jane Design, Brasserie B provides the atmosphere of a Parisian bistro. The space features a 20-seat L-shaped bar with fluted wood and marble which leads into an intimate 175-seat dining area housing large blown glass chandeliers, big red booths, wood and cane chairs, and handmade subway tiles. An elegant bright raw bar with a lit canopy offers fresh oysters, clams, Bay scallops and a lobster avocado cocktail.

Brasserie B offers a diverse menu with signature dishes including ribeye with a spicy and sweet sauce and fries; pork chops with calvados and orange vinegar and lobster with lemon butter and roasted garlic with fries. Hanger, filet and New York strip steaks come with Bearnaise, chimichurri, green pepper cognac or Brasserie Steak Sauce.
