A Beach with Butlers in Baja: The Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica

Luxury. It’s a term that is so overused today. But one resort has plans to redefine the word and raise the bar for other so-called “luxury” resorts. The Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Spa & Golf Resort in Cabo San Lucas are housed in the adult-only Pacifica resort, recently named a Conde Nast Traveler 2018 Readers’ Choice Award recipient. The 47 upscale guest rooms and suites offer private terraces, including six suites with private plunge pools, all with enhanced amenities and a higher level of service.

It all starts with personal butlers, certified by the prestigious British Butler Institute who are trained to anticipate your every desire. You’ll meet your butler long before you arrive at the resort because you’ll receive an email asking for your preferences on everything from in-room snacks to pillows to activity preferences. Your guest room is customized just for you before your arrival. The individual, personal service starts when you enter the lobby as your butler greets you and escorts you to your room, unpacks for you and then offers a private, get acquainted tour of the property. Want breakfast in bed? No problem, just let your butler know the night before. Interested in cocktails in your room? Sure thing. Your butler is at your service.

Guests of the Towers also have access to a VIP lounge with expansive views looking out over the waters of the Baja Peninsula. It’s open 24 hours a day and is a great place to start your day with a light breakfast or unwind with cocktails at sunset.

The resort is bordered by desert and mountains to the East and 2.5 miles of pristine, private beach to the West. The oceanfront pool deck houses multiple pools and water features including the iconic Constellation Pool, designed with hundreds of LED lights at the bottom of the pool in the exact alignment of the star constellation that was in the sky when the resort opened in 2005. It’s a magical sight at night whether you’re sitting poolside or by one of the beachfront fire pits enjoying an after-dinner drink.

If lounging on a private beach bed proves to be too chill for you, there’s a host of daily activities from beach yoga to dance lessons to wine tasting seminars and tequila tastings. Unwind at Armonia, the resort’s award-winning spa or play 18 at Quivira Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course built on one of the most stunning settings in the world: the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The family-friendly Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach has a spectacular rooftop pool and urban food market. Two additional Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Los Cabos are located on Medano Beach within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas: Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort & Spa and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Beach Resort.
