Set within a working winery and Elusa Winery’s nearly five acre vineyard, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, opens and brings a new level of luxury to California’s famed wine region. Marking the company's first resort in Napa Valley as well as its first ever resort set within a working winery, the resort is set in the town of Calistoga.

While the property is not as large as other locations in its portfolio, Four Seasons Resorts and Residences Napa Valley offers just 85 rooms and suites. Its most bespoke offering is The Estate Villa, which measures at 3,395 sq. ft. and is secluded at the edge of the vineyard. The premiere suite features three-bedroom, indoor/outdoor living and dining and its own private swimming pool. For the ultimate privacy, space and luxurious extras, choose from the Resort’s collection of Four Seasons Private Retreats and lean on a dedicated Four Seasons host to help plan every fun-filled day.“Our Private Retreats are party-ready for a custom wine-tasting, sunset cocktails on the private terrace before a chef-prepared dinner to remember, or simply celebrating the joy of being together after too long apart,” says General Manager Mehdi Eftekari.

Highlighted by Elusa Winery in partnership with the esteemed Thomas Rivers Brown, guests of Four Seasons Napa Valley can explore the winemaking process up close, from harvest and sorting to blending and aging, to hands-on demonstrations and opportunities to meet the winemakers. Guests can also enjoy Elusa wine at TRUSS Restaurant + Bar (the resort’s signature dining establishment), or delivered by the bottle to one’s own guest room, suite or Private Retreat.

Inside the TRUSS Living Room, which is now open for all-day dining, guests can share snacks and small plates, Chef’s signature pressed chicken, or its namesake Living Room pizza, while the elevated main Restaurant will open in the weeks to come. Chef Anderson will be highlighting unique dishes offered during breakfast including his grapefruit brûlée, caramelized apples atop caneles waffles and the avocado toast with crunchy furikake and black truffle. For guests who want a more private experience, they have access to private dining in the Cork Room and can schedule private and group classes in mixology, wine pairings orgaucho-style cooking on its Argentinian wood burning grill in its demonstration kitchen.

“In the Living Room, I want guests to feel at home, and the menu reflects that by offering familiar favorites that we’ve taken to the next level through refined technique and unbeatable ingredients sourced from local farmers and artisans I’m honored to call my friends,” says Executive Chef Erik Anderson. “Still to come, the Restaurant will offer my interpretation of a modern fine dining experience, highlighting my passion for products like caviar and fowl expressed through an a la carte menu.”
