One of Nashville's most prestigious homes was sold for a cool USD $1.7 million. The home belonged to Steve McNair but after his passing his wife decided to sell the home. Apparently the house was valued at USD $3.2 million but it was sold for half the price.

The widow of deceased former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair has sold the couple’s Green Hills area home for $1.7 million.

Jonula M. McNair sold the property at 2430 Bear Road to Charles E. Boone and Shirley L. Boone, according to Metro property records.

The McNairs bought the home in 2004 for nearly $1.6 million.

The McNairs were selling the 26-room home valued at $3.2 million at the time of his death, according to an Associated Press report in 2009.
