SAPPHIRE ® AND TONIC
The JUNIPER BERRIES are picked in ITALY

While apparent in all gin cocktails, the taste of the Juniper Berry is best noted in a lighter drink like the SAPPHIRE ® and Tonic.

  • 1 part BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 4 parts tonic
  • Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

SAPPHIRE ® CRANBERRY
The GRAINS OF PARADISE are cultivated in WEST AFRICA.

With notes of pepper, lavender, orange and chocolate, the Grains of Paradise give a simpler drink like the SAPPHIRE ® Cranberry more depth.

  • 1 part BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 3 parts cranberry juice
  • Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

SAPPHIRE ® GINGER MINT
The LIQUORICE is gathered in CHINA

The Liquorice adds to the cool and highly distinctive taste of this crisp, smooth spirit. Experience this exceptional flavour in a cocktail like the SAPPHIRE ® Ginger Mint.

  • 1½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 parts ginger ale
  • In a tall glass, lightly mash the mint. Fill the glass with ice, pour in BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin and top with ginger ale. Stir slightly. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

SAPPHIRE ® RASPBERRY MINT
The ANGELICA ROOT is sourced from SAXONY.

The sweet, dry, pine kernel flavour of Angelica Root helps tie together the bouquet of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, allowing drinks like the SAPPHIRE ® Raspberry Mint to come to life.

  • ½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • fresh lemon half
  • dash of simple syrup to taste
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • top with club soda or lemon lime soda

SAPPHIRE ® COLLINS
The CUBEB BERRIES are collected in JAVA.

  • 2 parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 1 part fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ part simple syrup
  • club soda
  • Pour first three ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and stir well. Add more ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

SAPPHIRE ® ENGLISH SOUR
The CORIANDER SEED is found in MOROCCO.

Essential to any gin, the Coriander Seed heightens the overall citrus taste of the spirit with increased notes of zest. We suggest exploring its added flavour in the SAPPHIRE ® English Sour.

  • 1½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • ½ part fresh orange juice
  • ½ part fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • Add orange juice and lemon juice to a mixing glass with ice. Then add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin. Shake thoroughly and pour into a rocks glass. Serve with a sugar rim and garnish with a twist of orange.

SAPPHIRE ® MADRAS
The ALMONDS are grown in SPAIN

  • 1 part BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 2 parts cranberry juice
  • 1 part orange juice
  • Pour ingredients in the order listed over ice in a tall glass. Stir if desired.

SAPPHIRE ® SANGRIA
The LEMON PEEL is procured from SPAIN.

  • 1½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 1 part fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 part NOILLY PRAT ® Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ part fresh lime juice
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • Pour ingredients over ice, with BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin added last. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.

SAPPHIRE ® BRAMBLE

The addition of Orris Root gives BOMBAY SAPPHIRE its warm, earthy character, not to mention the exotic scent of violets. Drinks like the SAPPHIRE ® Bramble bring these characteristics to life.

  • 1½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • ¾ part fresh lemon juice
  • dash simple syrup
  • ½ part crème de cassis
  • Build the first three ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Stir well and float crème de cassis on top. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh blackberry.

  • 2 parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® Gin
  • 6-7 fresh mint leaves
  • ¾ part fresh lime juice
  • ¾ part simple syrup
  • splash tonic water
  • In a tall glass, lightly muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup. Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE ® and a scoop of ice. Stir thoroughly with a long spoon. Add more ice and a splash of tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
