DOT Yet another Over-The-Top-Money-Is-Not-A-Factor-Hotel from Dubai has arrived on the scene. Dubai is working on a project for the Underwater Discus Hotel which will cost a total of $50-120 million and will provide guests rooms 10 meters underwater, just don't open the windows.
The futuristic waves of innovation that occur daily in this day and age are wondrous to say the least. With Dubai being a leader in so much of the extravagant architecture and limitless boundaries due to the copious amounts of dollars budgeted for any given project– you tend to see some of the things that look downright impossible.
Take the Underwater Discus Hotel by DOT. Their approach to this hospitality space is a series of clustered buildings with walkways connecting each pod. With plenty of activity going on above ground, there are still rooms and restaurants that partake in under the sea activity.
