Say goodbye to 2020, and hello to 2021 while sipping the clean, delicious, vegan-friendly Avaline Sparking Wine. Actress and wellness author Cameron Diaz and her friend and entrepreneur Katherine Power (Who What Wear, Versed Skincare) debuted their white, rose' and red wines earlier in 2020. Then on December 3, they released their Avaline Sparkling Wine just in time for the holidays and New Year's Eve.
'This year it's especially important to find joy in everyday moments,' said Cameron Diaz in a statement. 'Avaline Sparkling was created to toast all the beautiful things in life that deserve to be celebrated.'
This health-conscious duo discovered Raventos i Blanc in Penedès in Spain, known as one of the oldest wineries in the world specializing in sparkling wines. The Raventos family have owned the winery since 1497, and go to great lengths to promote biological diversity and improve sustainability. They made this particular sparkling wine dry, bubbly and low in sugar with 0.5 grams of sugar per glass.
Katherine Powers in a statement said, 'Made in the traditional method, our Sparkling is a great value for the quality of wine.'
