Ugo Colombo, a top veteran developer in Miami, is commencing the construction of his latest condo project, Vita at Grove Isle, in the sought-after neighborhood of Coconut Grove. This ultra-luxury condominium development will be erected on the last waterfront parcel of Grove Isle, a 20-acre private island, which has not seen any new developments in over 40 years. Vita will offer 65 residences, all with unobstructed waterfront views, large square footage, and exceptional amenities like Padel courts and an on-site restaurant.  Construction is estimated to take between 24-28 months. Coconut Grove has become one of the most coveted residential markets in the country after the pandemic, attracting out-of-state buyers with its high-end condos, renowned restaurants and bars, luxury retailers, and prestigious schools.

More than 40% of Vita at Grove Isle’s residences have already been pre-sold, with the majority of its buyers hailing from the U.S. Residences will include three-, four-, and four plus den-bedroom units between 2,500 and 6,500 square feet. A collection of twelve exclusive penthouse residences will range from 3,400 to 6,600 square feet each with a private rooftop terrace featuring its own full-size swimming pool, full bathroom, and summer kitchen. Residences start at $5.5 million, with penthouses priced from $12 million.
