An oceanfront estate at the Kuki'o Golf and Beach Club that originally listed at $9.75 million is going to auction in May. The minimum bid on the home is $3.995 million. For the bidder desirous to buy it now, the cost of that selection is $8.195 million. The New York-based, luxury-property auctioneer Concierge Auctions is overseeing the event along with Kuki'o Properties.
The single-family residence, which contains 9,277 square feet of living space and comes fully furnished, is being sold at auction on May 24, 2012. The Big Island estate has an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a wet bar, an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa with an outdoor shower.
"Every detail of this home celebrates its location, facilitating outdoor living and the relaxed, informal lifestyle the Islands are known for. Everywhere you turn, there is an effortless transition between the interior and exterior living spaces," said Carrie Nicholson, principal broker of Kuki'o Properties.
"Real estate is all about location, and it doesn't get any better than Kuki'o. We're pleased to work with the Concierge team again and look forward to what will be our fifth successful sale together and to introducing a new owner to the community."
A major perk for residences of the Kuki'o Golf and Beach Club is the Tom Fazio-designed 10-hole golf course. The residence has four guest suites, five bathrooms, a powder room, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of expansive spaces that allow room for improvements, upgrades, or personal preferences.
