Shoal Bay, Anguilla is the Caribbean location of Zemi Beach, a deluxe property that is less than two miles from St. Marten. According to the property’s development team, this boutique island is on a parity with St. Barths for intimacy and exclusivity. Anguilla, a 35-square mile island, is the size as Manhattan and has population of around 15,000.
