Taranta Restaurant

Taranta is the result of a Peruvian upbringing and a French culinary education, bringing a unique blend of flavors to this Boston retreat. Chef and Owner Jose Duarte got an early start to his hospitality career during his childhood, and he brings these early lessons with him to his first restaurant.

Taranta restaurant is certified Green, and serves fresh food and an incredible mix of ingredients. Gnocchi is served with lamb ragu, espresso with filet mignon, and salmon with macadamia nuts on this melting pot of a menu.
