Betsy Ross House

The Betsy Ross House is widely believed to be the location where the first American flag was made. The house today is run as a living museum, with new exhibits each season. Visitors to the house can see a modern-day Betsy Ross brought to life in her upholstery shop, as well as learn about how the first flag was made, and what led to the stars and stripes design.

The house is adorned with period pieces of furniture and décor, so walking through the doors is like taking a step back in time, complemented by the staff of performers who always remain in Colonial character.
