The Old Globe

The Old Globe is an internationally-acclaimed and award-winning theatre that, over the years, has been a crucial part in the development of emerging stage acts and professionals. Built to emulate the famed Shakespearean theatre, this venue also continues the traditions of the timeless storyteller by performing his plays every summer.

The theatre company puts on about fifteen plays throughout the year, and the theatre itself has seating for 600 people per show. It is located within Balboa Park.
