Once you learn how to get the best out of your spa day, look into pairing treatments together to put your best bod forward at the end of your session. Here's some insight on the various therapies you can do:

One of the best things you can do to restore silkiness to your skin is to book a body scrub treatment. Done with rough materials such as coffee grounds, sugar or salt, the scrubs are mixed with essential oils and massage oils before being applied and used as an exfoliant on the body. These are usually done in a wet room or on a wet table where you can either be rinsed off or hop in the shower to remove the scrub. If you’re getting a massage, opt for doing the scrub first because it stimulates the body while the massage relaxes.

Finally, after rinsing off (sometimes in a special Vichy shower), you’ll dry off and then a lotion gets applied to further moisturize your new skin.

Essentially, microderm is super-exfoliation done by using an expensive machine to remove dead skin cells from your face and/or your body. Even people with sensitive skin can get the therapy because the device can be adjusted to your skin condition.
