SÇR Steak+Spirits at the Hilton Anatole hosts 90/10, a special dinner featuring 90+ rated wines and 10+ rated Wagyu beef, on February 1 at 7 p.m. The five-course meal prepared by Chef Anthony Van Camp features special cuts of Wagyu beef from the Masami Ranch in California. Considered the best beef available outside the Kobe region of Japan, Masami beef is the only certified, domestic Wagyu beef to rank 10+ on the 12-point Japanese Beef Marble Score system. Hilton Anatole Names Anthony Van Camp Exec Chef of SER Steak + Spirits in Dallas

Anthony Van Camp will be the executive chef at the Hilton Anatole’s SER Steakhouse, when it opens in October 2012. The experienced culinary professional’s tenure officially begins October 1, 2012. Van Camp has worked under the supervision of the acclaimed executive chef of Nana in Dallas Texas, Anthony Bombaci. Chef Van Camp has worked at the prominent steakhouse in Dallas since 2005. “Anthony is a natural in the kitchen,” said Chef Bombaci, “He is very intuitive, but also precise and passionate.
