Unique New Spa Treatments at Celebrity Reflection's AquaSpa

We recently told you about Celebrity Reflection’s coolest new amenity, the 1,600-square-foot Reflection Suite with its unique all-glass shower; well, they’re not done with the additions. Celebrity Cruises has just enhanced the experience guests will also have outside their staterooms and inside the ship’s AquaSpa.
If you had a hard time finding an open heated tile bed during your cruise, your chances just got better—they expanded the Persian Garden to make room for six new beds (15 in all) that promote relaxation by offering calming ocean views while soothing aching muscles; but that’s not all. They have also created six new sensory experiences where guests can move from one room to another, and be exposed to elements like hot and cold, and dry and wet, all while in a constant state of tranquility.

Here are the six new sensory rooms:
Hammam: Inspired by the traditional aspects of a hammam, this is a cool, peaceful spot to loosen tense muscles on a heated stone seat. In a modern spin, you can also receive a massage or salt scrub here.
Infrared Sauna: Increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and diminish joint pain with the healing effects of heat. Using infrared lights instead of typical steam heat helps to permeate into the skin deeper and more effectively.
Cold Room: Cool off in this 52-degree room where the seats, floors and walls are all chilled. Here you can tighten pores that were just opened in the steam rooms.

DIY Scrub and Salt Bar: Mix your own "body cocktail" scrub from your choice of salts, sugar and herbs. You can purchase just one or get a package of five for $45.
Sensory Showers: End the sensory journey with a mist of warm, tropical rain with fruity scents, or a cold spray infused with eucalyptus.
