Nobu
World-class master chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa expands his eponymous empire with the debut of his first restaurant in Africa - his third for Kerzner International. No stranger to worldly culinary influences, Nobu gives classical Japanese cuisine a contemporary twist. Diners can indulge in fresh South African seafood and indigenous spices in mesmerising dishes such as Sake Roast Whitefish with Jalapeno or the Chocolate Bento Box; a dark chocolate fondant with green tea ice cream and a sesame seed tuile. Nobu Lounge on the upper level features a selection of Sakes including plum wines, Japanese beer and a selection of Sake and Shochu based cocktails. Meanwhile, The Ceviche Bar, which is often attended by Nobu's Head Chef, dispenses a variety of inventive small-plate Japanese tapas dishes.

Cheyne's
Cheyne's is a unique dining experience situated in central Cape Town. Head chef Cheyne Morrisby brings his special touch to pan-Asian cuisine, creating a constantly evolving menu focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients, and showcasing locally grown and organic products.

Maze by Gordon Ramsay Capetown
Seating up to 170 guests, maze at One&Only Cape Town is modelled on its British namesake yet the tasting-sized dishes will evoke the bountiful flavours of the traditional recipes of South Africa. The restaurant showcases the best in local seafood and game as well as fresh produce from organic South African farms. maze is home to the country's largest and most innovative collection of South African wine - housed in a magnificent tri-level wine loft. Buitenverwachting Restaurant
Elegantly timeless, Buitenverwachting Restaurant is perfectly positioned overlooking the Vineyards and the Constantiaberg Mountains. It has been considered one of Cape Towns finest for many years.
