Native of Peru ,South America Milka traveled at a young age moving to Canada and then traveling to Upstate NY where she grew up and built her international eye for Fashion, a resident of Las Vegas , she is Publisher of an entertainment magazine about Las Vegas. 'Risque Las Vegas Magazine', created from a vision of what tourists are looking to read, and see about Vegas and to find the newests hotspots and clubs, the publication was just the beginning to create a platform to bring attention to Las Vegas. Currently in full production of a Fashion Week twice a year, Milka and her team has been working on FWLV for Las Vegas to have for the first time a pressence in the fashion world and be recognized as another location where Las Vegas will provide designers with a platform to showcase their collections to thousands of industry insider's from around the world, including buyers,retailers,celebrities,VIP's and members of the regional, national and international press.
