Hotel Vermont, a 125-bedroom luxury hotel, is set to open Spring of 2013. The property expects to gain LEED-certification, and will draw guests searching for an authentic Vermont experience, including a Hen of the Wood Restaurant, one of the state’s favorite restaurant chains.

An outdoor terrace with an open hearth, features views of Lake Champlain.
